L'Opera Italian Restaurant is the 11th to be opened by long-time Italian business partners, Paolo Nesi and Moreno Mattel.
Chef Moreno said that "the success and the competitive advantage of L'Opera have always been the food because [they] are a kitchen-driven organisation rather than a management driven operation."
